The President of Maple Leafs Sports and Entertainment today stated that, “To be honest, it was a mistake on my part for not fully understanding at the time what the job of being (the Leafs GM) in this market fully entailed.” Coming almost a month after the Leafs Board declared there would be no terminations, Peddie seems keen on the idea that Toronto might be better off without JFJ. To be honest though, what does Peddie know as he was the one that hired Ferguson. Also with him and Larry Tanenbaum always butting heads, how is this franchise supposed to actually function. More>>
